If you are not satisfied with one of the items purchased from ClimbingShoes.Com please contact us within 45 days of ordering it and we will issue you a *full refund. (THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO THE "SALE ITEMS" SHOES, WE WILL EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERNT SIZE IF AVAILABLE, BUT ALL SALE ITEMS SHOES ARE FINAL!)
(Shipping charges for sending the returned items to us is your responsibility and Shipping cost for exchanges is your responsibility both ways). All items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and packaging. *The original shipping charges are not refundable.
PLEASE do not try to return or exchange shoes that have been worn!
We recommend that all products be shipped back to us using a tracking number with a carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We will not be responsible for packages that are lost in route to our warehouse, so it's also a good idea to insure the package for the value of its contents.
